The overall objective for the System Readiness team is to:

The main focus areas for the Systems Readiness team revolves around the following key work streams:
(1) Lead and drive System & Process Improvement Initiatives;
(2) Drive knowledge management;
(3) Lead and support Launch Activities.

The role is a challenging one that requires strong interaction with multiple stakeholders in region as well as globally. On a daily basis, you will work with the PLR team and cross- functional operations teams (e.g. supply demand planning (SDM), Logistics, Reseller Ops, Retail Fulfillment Ops (RFO) and Systems Readiness counterparts in the Americas and Europe).
